Apple IOS 17 Sets To Be Released, IPhone X Out

In recent days, Apple and iOS 17 have been trending. This article unveils whether it is for good or not ? I would say for good, but iPhone X users would disagree. Read on to know why.

 

At the 2023 Worldwide Developers Conference keynote Monday. Apple announced its new headset, the Vision Pro. The Vision Pro will cost $3,499 when it launches early next year. Apple also announced the operating system update: iOS 17 for iPhone.

 

iOS 17 for iPhone- What is new?

In Phone

Personalize your phone calls: You can now customize what people see when you call them.

Live Voicemail: You can send a call to voicemail and see a transcript of the message on the screen.

In Messages

All your iMessage apps in one place:  All you have to do is to tap on the new plus button to view all the things you send the most, which includes photos, audio messages, and your location. You can now swipe up to view the rest of your iMessage apps.

Check In, a safe arrival notification: To put your loved ones’ minds at rest, you can now let them know when you arrive safely. It automatically notifies your friend or family member when you arrive at your destination.

Catch-up and swipe to reply: There is a new catch-up arrow that lets you jump to the first message you haven’t seen in a conversation. You can now swipe right on any message to send a reply.

Search filters: This in particular makes searching for anything in a conversation easy. All you have to do to find the message you’re looking for faster is by combining search filters to streamline your search.

Location sharing and viewing update: There is a new way to share and view locations. You can share your location or request a friend’s location from the plus button. When someone shares a location with you, view it directly within your conversation.

Audio message transcription: Audio messages are now being transcribed, so you can read them at the moment and listen later. This sure is one interesting update!

All your stickers in one place: There is a new stickers drawer that lets you access all your Live Stickers, emoji, Memoji, and other sticker packs in one place. When your stickers are synced with iCloud, they become available on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices.

Stickers Update

Create your unique stickers: You can now use your favourite photos to create Live Stickers. They become one-of-a-kind and are more personalized.

More places to use your stickers: Your stickers drawer is now in the emoji keyboard, so you can use stickers anywhere you can access emoji — including apps from the App Store. Use Markup to add stickers to photos, documents, screenshots, and more.

In FaceTime

Leave a message: You can now record a video or audio message when someone misses your FaceTime call. This new update can be likened to a voicemail.

React with your hands: Add a reaction that fills the camera frame with fun 3D augmented reality effects like hearts, confetti, fireworks, and more. And you can share a reaction with just a hand gesture.

FaceTime on Apple TV: Your iPhone as a camera to start a call directly from the FaceTime app on Apple TV, or you can hand off the call from your iPhone to your TV.

StandBy

Full-screen experience: You can experience the landscape mode at its finest now

  • To monitor live activities
  • Bolder, bigger, and clearer fonts

 

Interactive Widgets

Take action with just a tap: You can play music, turn off the lights, and more right from a widget.

Keyboard

Autocorrect gets better: Autocorrect delivers even better support as you type. Better prediction too.

There are more updates on Airdrop, Airplay, Music, Better browsing experience, more secure profile, etc.
